C & C Signal warrants products of its manufacture against defects in material and workmanship, provided that the product has been installed and operated in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations. During the warranty period, the Factory will repair or replace (at it’s option) any parts or electronic assemblies of the unit which disclose a defect in material or workmanship. The Factory will return the repaired unit, transportation cost prepaid. This warranty is between the end customer (ultimate user) and C & C Signal (manufacturer). Prior authorization is required for returning C& C Signal products for warranty consideration. Each C & C Signal product sold is covered by the official warranty in effect at the time of purchase.
